For Derby County games, you can find match reports from any year at
http://www.therams.co.uk . In the left-hand column, choose "Past
Seasons", then a decade (e.g. "1960s"), a season and a game.

For Arsenal games, you could try Arsenal Pictures. Now, the site
doesn't actually exist anymore, but you can still view an archived
version of it if you go to http://www.archive.org. Next to where it
says "Take Me Back", type this URL: http://www.afcpics.com. Choose a
date, and when you get to the archived version of AFC pics, go to
"Statistics" and scroll down to "First team line-ups".
