The same tune was sung by some children at the beginning of Ray Stevens' "
Everything is beautiful" hit in 1970...
"Jesus loves the little children, all the little children of the world
Be it yellow black or white, they are gracious in his sight
Jesus loves the little children of the world"
Those lyrics are more likely to be the original source I think...
Cheers,
Paul.

I'm having a thickness attack, I knew that, of course ! Is Ally's
Army an original song or is it based on the tune of another song ?
Anyone know ?
Of course the best version for me as a Leeds fan is 'we're on the
road with Wilko's Army'... from our last Championship era. Happy days.
