June 4th Ride Report:
WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ride was cold but we had 9 people on the ride. We had a nice
time, we met up with other bikers out there. We had 9 brave souls.

The question of the day was where is the next ride? There will be no
more rain for the rest of the rides.

Congratulations and thank you to Steve & Joyce for braving the cold and
hosting the first 2001, Monday Night Bike Ride...finally! I'm afraid I was
one of those who wimped out when, Monday afternoon, the temp was reported
at 50 degrees with a 37 degree wind chill! Hard to believe it's June.

Ride Date: June 11th
Start Time: 6:30 p.m.
Ride Host: Gary Nelson
Ride Starts At: Nelson house, 17801 W. Oak Drive, New Berlin
Directions: I94 to Moorland Road. South on Moorland Road aprox 3
blocks to Greenfield Ave. Right (west) on Greenfield for a couple of miles.
About 2 blocks west of the intersection of Greenfield and Calhoun turn left
(south) on West Lane and follow for aprox 2 blocks. Turn right (west) on
West Oak Drive. Gary's house is the third house on the left. 17801 W. Oak
Drive (262) 784-5632

After the ride we'll dine on munchies, soda, beer, and our official sport
drink, margaritas, all for the small donation of $5 each. Don't forget to
bring a swimsuit if you'd like to soothe those tired muscles in the hot
tub.

All levels and speeds are welcome. If you do arrive late, look for extra
route maps on one of our cars.
