Our first late summer ride on the Glacial Drumlin was as always a very
nice ride. We lived up to tradition of riding back in the dark with a
few very good head lights. Another rider ahead of us on the trail
thought we were a kid on a scooter and decieded to push the pace. Of
course we were up for the chase and we were able to catch him to find
out his scooter belief. Same plan for next Monday.
Meet at Frame Park in Waukesha at 6pm
Ride at 6:15pm
See you Monday...
For this weekend Jeff informed of these rides: Send Jeff an E-mail if
you are interested Luedtke, Jeff [Jeff.Luedtke@...]
There are a number of worthwhile bike rides this weekend, that I want to
make the group aware of.
On Saturday there is the Maywood Ride in Sheboygan. This is one of the
best rides I have participated in. It has a Mass Start which allows
riders to find other riders of the same level to ride with.
The route is well marked and food is pretty good, before during and
after.

On Sunday there is two good rides.
First there is Pedal the Kettle. This is with the spring city spinners
cycling club.

Also on Sunday there is a ride out of Cederburg for the Bike Federation
of Wisconsin. This is a worthwhile organization that supports cyclists
in WI. Cederburg also has a harvest fest afterward.

I am planning on doing the Saturday ride, but if there is some others
interested in doing a Sunday ride I would plan going also.
If you have an interest let me know, and I'll see you there.
