T'was a beautiful evening for a Moonlight Ride! Six of us rode about 22
miles. Thanks to the riders with the BIG headlights we are able to ride a
pretty good pace.
Same plan next week barring any nasty weather. Also, we are invited to
Thursday night Mountain Bike Rides at Lapham Peak as stated below. FYI,
these trails are not technically intense (unless they have changed in the
last two years). This week may be good to give this a try with the nice
weather.
Monday,
Meet at: Frame Park in Waukesha
Directions: Hwy 164 into Waukesha, turn left on Moreland (Hwy 18 - lights),
cross the Fox River and take the next right into the Park.
Ride Time: 6pm

Ron,
If you're interested a few of us are doing weekly Thursday night mountain
bike rides at Lapham Peak. We meet in the lower parking lot and start at
7:00. We do 3 loops at an easy pace for a ride that takes a little over an
hour. Anyone is welcome to join us so feel free to invite anybody you think
may be interested.
Night Riding Equation: More People = More Lights = More Fun!
This week we should have warm weather and a nearly full moon to help light
the trails. Just remember to let everyone know you need a trail pass and
state park sticker otherwise you can park in the Hwy. C / I-94 Park & Ride
and ride down to the lot. Hope to see you there!
