Open to Modern Combatives members who wish to train at a more moderate intensity. You may post dates, times, classes you would like to attend and request other Silverbacks who would like to be a training partner to contact you. During classes, members of the Silverback Club are expected to follow along with the trainer's lesson. However, they can stick together with their Silverback training partners and they are free to shorten the rounds and take breaks as necessary.
