Technical Definition:
Shen Yi Jing is a poly-systemic amalgamation of martial art disciplines and philosophies that facilitates development of functional growth of one's body, mind, and spirit through mindful activities and interactions.

Physical Aspect:
Self-defense, combative training, and exercises under realistic modern conditions as a microcosm promoting a balanced growth of one's body, mind, and spirit.

Martial Art:
Several common principles innate in various preexisting martial art disciplines form the basis of Shen Yi Jing's functional theory. Shen Yi Jing is the name given to this expression of martial art which serves only as a personal goal to its practitioners.

Group training sessions include the SYJ curriculum as well as the CSW (COMBAT SUBMISSION WRESTLING) curriculum.
