Six week course starting April 21st, 2008
Club Meets Monday and Wednesday evenings from
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
All cycling nights will be held at Pine View School. Coaches will
hand out complete schedule first practice.
Participants have to provide their own equipment.
Workouts supervised by certified USAT coaches.


The first session will be introduction and swim so we will meet out
in front of the YMCA
