This is nothing like my 39.
Respectfully,

What does everyone think about #39?
I am told that it is originally taught as a defense against a right
step through punch. I currently have it as a defense against a left
step through punch. My instructor taught it to me that way because he
didn't like the thought entering the inside of your opponent's guard,
then turning your back on them without first disrupting their ability
to counter-attack.
For clarity, here is how #39 begins for me (not the entire technique):
1) Left foot crosses in front into a twist stance with a left hooking
monkey block
2) Spin from a left twist stance to a right twist stance and connect
with a right downward hammer to the bridge of the nose
