I didnt answer all of your questions in your post so I
am responding again. Kempo is much more practial than
aikido. A good Kempo instructor will gear the style
to your size and body type. Again, good luck and feel

studied Kempo for 20 years (as well as other arts
including aikido) and recently sold my Kempo school of
10 years.
