you have hopefully discussed this with your teacher.
you have dedicated a lot of time and effort in the martial arts and have succeeded in becoming at least a good martial artist. Remember to put the same energy and focus in becoming a succeessful business owner.
do not grow too quickly
marketing is extremely important
Remember in order to teach those few dedicated martial artrist who will over time show up you need your school to be paying you. Otherwise look into teaching out of a garage
make sure rent is lower than you think it needs to be
