Well, right now I'm catching up on work after a busy semester, and catching up
on workouts.
Just to make sure I don't relax, I'm studying for the NSCA CSCS exam, which I'm
scheduled to
take in August.

In July, we kempo folk from the New England area are having a little 'get
together' to merely
put faces with names - just a social gathering.

I just had a student fly up from North Carolina for two (very full) days of
training while the
rest his family went to a local reunion. That was fun.

I don't know if we're hosting any seminars this summer. Still in the catching up
phase.
