I learned the first half of this form from Scott Woods at a Seminar.
At the time, he was the head of the Karate International schools, a
splinter group from United Studios of Self Defense schools.

When I needed to finish learning the form, I received the rest of it
from my own kempo instructor, Raul Fabela, who had also learned it
from Scott Woods. I recorded my kempo instructor doing the same form
