Shanghai Tri Club STRIC started in June 2007. It is a off shoot of the very popular Shanghai China Road Cycling Club, Flying Hairy Legs (FHL) which is a well organized, responsible Club made up of Chinese and Foreign members. Most of the Shanghai Tri Club (STRIC) members Cycle with the FHL, however we do conduct our own rides, designed mainly around Heart Rate, Speed and other Training.

STRIC is designed to provide information for anyone in the Shanghai or China region who is interested in Ironman or other Triathlon events and training. Anyone is welcome to join us, whether you are an active Tri person or thinking about doing some form of Triathlon or individual Swimming and Cycling training. The group is designed to share training, nutrition and equipment information. This is a non commercial group but you may post items for sale or make commercial suggestions as individuals. Businesses are welcome to join but please contact us first before posting any form of commercial listing.
