hello there.
i am a shamrock rovers fan who was at the game last night. I am having a great
time in sweden and i find stockholm a very beautiful city.
i was in the dubliner last night when all the trouble started. it is terrible to
see because personaly i have no problems with djurgaren fans as they had been
very friendly and welcoming. and when they came to us in ireland we made them
feel very welcome. i think its a pity they repay our kindness like this. i know
being a hammarby IF fan you hate djurgarden. i have heard that the reason the
djurgarden fans attacked the dubliuner is because they thought that there were
hammerby fans at the pub. but personally i dont beleive that. Because friends
of mine who were sitting outside the bar siad they were shouting abusive things
to them like " you irish pigs etc,etc".
i go home sunday and i think i will go to the dubliner tonight but im not sure.

We are supporters of another team in Stockholm, Hammarby IF, who got the

same colours as you, green and white. Almost everyone of us have been to
Ireland once or twice so its not only the colours which matters
tomorrow.

We will start the evening at the pub "The Dubliner" in the city centre,
not far from the tube to the arena. We got a game on our own tonight, so
problably we´ll need some pints to cure the hangover ;-)
A lot of in sweden living irish and scottish people will also join.
