I'll be in Palm Springs on a Married Couples' Retreat.

 

Please take note of the exercises done by the organization and how they accomplish them.

 

I've been in high school units where they've had excellent field training for all officials, rookie or veteran. San Diego and Phoenix had excellent clinics and you had to go to at least two of them. I strongly believe our unit would be strengthened by doing this. It is unifying, fun and creates a consistency that is seen throughout the unit on the field during the season.
