It’s pretty straight forward. All fields are mandatory unless otherwise noted. Also, certain characters, such as #, /,?, @, etc. may not be allowed in certain blanks. This is done for security purposes. If any part of it is incomplete or has invalid characters, a box will appear that says that you need to complete a section or that you can’t use a character in that field.

 

The online form is definitely the easiest way to go. If you are a complete technophobe, then you may choose to do ratings on a Microsoft Word form that you print out. There are two options. One is a form field, meaning that you choose your answers from the drop-down menus and type in the blanks; in other words, you fill it out on your computer and then print it out. That form is here: http://www.sgvbaseballumps.org/ratings/formfield.doc. The other form is one that you print out and then fill out by hand. That one is here: http://www.sgvbaseballumps.org/ratings/regular.doc  

 

No matter which option you choose, remember that you need to rate every partner after every game. It’s easiest to do it as soon as you get home so the game is still fresh in your mind. The online version will take about 5 minutes to fill out.
