Bicycle Ride. The
pleasures of this 50 mile loop ride
isn't just at the end. Cyclingsouth
on Rt. 285 we
intersect with Rt 84, the Chama Hwy. and cycle
northwest
in the Chama River Valley. A few miles south of
Abiquiu, Rt.554 takes
us northeast to the college town

about.The
lightly traveled road continues through sparsely
inhabited
pinyon-juniper country until it connects via Rt. 111 to Rt. 285.
