I'm sorry to sound like a kill-joy, but please keep in mind that many Marin
trails/fire roads are closed after dark for your safety and that of others. A
friend was out with others on a night ride on a trail leading into Mill Valley,
did an "endo", knocked his helmeted head on a log (perhaps) and passed out. He
came to around 2 am and scampered home to a concerned significant other. He's a
very good single-track kind of guy and had very good lights, but was definitely
a pound-foolish. His "friends" figgered he just took off on a side-trail out to
a main road back to town. Also, sometimes these night rides piss off the locals
and powers-that-be, giving riders a scofflaw reputation and make event planning
difficult for organizations. Just be careful, lawful and use discretion, please.

Possibly. My schedule is a bit daffy this month (for the regular
reasons, with a few added variables). Please let me know of any.
