Memberships to the San Francisco Randonneurs club
currently are free, and there is next to nothing regarding
membership participation, and certainly no measurable
pressure to do something. (That said, Todd I'm sure would
never say no to an offer of help). This is just a guess, but
the more people wanting a jersey regardless of their location,
the more likely this would happen.
