Poverty of Mutu granny
THE grandmother of Chelsea's Romanian striker Adrian Mutu is living
in poverty on just £18 a month.

Elena Ivascu, 78, has to subsidise her paltry pension by selling
fruit she grows on a tiny allotment.

It means she must walk miles to a local market to sell her produce
wearing a pair of men's shoes that are two sizes too big.

Elena said she has not heard from 25-year-old Mutu — who is said to
earn £50,000 a week — for years and reckons he is trying to forget
his humble beginnings.

But she revealed he did send a TV to her home in the Romanian
village of Inul de Arges so she could watch him in action.

Elena struggles to afford to pay for the medicines she needs for her
asthma and high blood pressure.

She said in an interview: "I won't ask Adrian for anything, ever. I
wish him only happiness and good health."

chelsea have now allgedly bidded 17m for didier drogba and had it
turned down

he didnt exactly look like he was living it up, did he? as for
gronks, i dont know. havent heard anything since birmingham were
allegded to havce put in 3m for him...
as for kenyon all the commentatiors wre saying they could tell

In the newspaper today:
Frank Lampard will also give Chelsea a boost this week by signing a
new five-year contract worth over £25m.

Blues chiefs are confident the fine details on the £100,000-a-week
deal can be ironed out within the next 24 hours to coincide with
Mourinho's arrival.

Kenyon also plans a mini-clearout of players with striker Jimmy
Floyd Hasselbaink among the casualties.

The Dutch striker, 32, has been told he has no future at Stamford
Bridge despite scoring 18 goals last term.

Hasselbaink has a year left on his contract but will be allowed to

you have to be registered to download them but you can still see the

yes i agree wanye bridge is quality. i always said he would do well
for chelsea + IMHO he should be playing more for england! I think
roberto carlos is a good player but not solid enough defensivly. i
think that chelsea need bridge becuse he is a better defender and
they need to hold on to all the english influence they have!!

some name brand perfumes, at cheap prices.' I said I had no money.

He then reached out of the car

and handed me paper that was laminated; it had many perfumes on it. I

looked quickly at it and gave it back. I said, 'I have no money'. He
said

'It is OK, we take cheque, cash or credit cards'. Then the people in
the

car began to laugh. I just got in my car and said no thanks. Then I

received this e-mail yesterday and it sent chills up my spine. Please

read this. It is not joke. Here is the e-mail I was sent :

The £17million ace was secretly filmed enjoying three romps with
Penthouse centrefold Laura Andresan, 27, at a flat in his native
Romania.

The wild sex sessions had been set up by a newspaper which had a
camera in the window of a flat opposite.

Divorced Mutu, 25 said yesterday: "I didn't think she was that kind
of girl. If I had, I wouldn't have gone with her.

"She is a low quality woman for what she did."

Mutu was one of four Romanian soccer stars caught in the trap after
Andresan had sex with them all on separate occasions in just four
weeks.

The beauty, who has starred in a hardcore film called Weekend On
Fire, teamed up with a sleazy rag called Atac to pull off the sting.

Mutu, Chelsea's record signing, divorced wife Alexandra last
September and has since dated an Israeli model and a blonde Romanian
TV presenter.

The star defended his sex sessions saying: "I am alone, I don't have
anyone. I am a man with no obligations and I can do whatever I want.

"Maybe those people who wrote about me have more sex than I do and in
stranger positions than I do. I believe all men do the same thing."

He said of Andresan: "I don't know what her parents think of her now
they have read about what she's done. Everything was a set-up."

Mutu, who has struggled on the pitch with bad form and injuries,
added: "I don't want to see anything else about me in the media. I've
had enough of girls, let's get back to football."

Andresan, a former journalist, first hit the headlines in the capital
Bucharest when she claimed an MP tried to seduce her during an
interview.

She then spilled the beans on her sexploits with other politicians.

Atletico Madrid star Cosmin Contra and Romanian league players Marian
Aliuta and Alexandru Piturca were also caught in the sting. Contra is
said to be on the verge of divorce after the revelations.

i have just heard some bad news about Adrian mutu. i dont know if
you lot have heard yet or not but it was in the papers today.
this is what it said: "Chelsea's Adrian Mutu was fuming last night
after being lured into a sex trap by a blonde porn star. the 17
