General Information
This will be one of the official qualifying tournaments for the UKU University Indoor National Championships. Any university team may enter throughout the South-East region. The tournament will be limited to 24 teams, to ensure pitch time is not restricted.
This is the same venue as the SE qualifiers last year. It has five pitches contained within one dome but we will only be using a maximum of 3 this year. This means there will be people using the venue at the same time as us. Please note the venue is not heated. Last year it heated up once everyone got there. However, to be on the safe side please ensure you bring adequate warm clothing to wear between games.
The venue is available all day Saturday but due to pre-existing bookings it is only available on Sunday afternoon. As a result tournament entry fees have been restricted to just eighty-five pounds per team.
There are on site vending machines for food and drink, but in addition there is a range of facilities close by. This includes a retail park with a number of shops and eateries including an Asda (with café), Pizza Hut and Burger King.
The venue is located ten minutes walk from Leyton tube station, which is just a 20-minute journey from central London on the Central line. By car it is located just off the A12 in East London.
Each University may enter as many teams as they like. However, priority will be given to first teams until Friday 19th October. After this time all teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to enter please send a cheque, payable to Si Weeks, to

Accommodation Details
There is no free accommodation provided at the tournament venue. Therefore it is proposed that those teams from outside London that do not wish to commute will stay with other student teams that are based in London. A £25 refund will paid to all London teams that put up another team for the Saturday night of the tournament. In order to either request or offer accommodation then please email Pugh on li51jp@.... Once again there will be a deadline of Friday 26th October.
