Hi All.

Here are the teams that have entered so far, in order of entry.

1. Brunel
2. Kings
3. dD
4. Surrey
5. Mohawks
6. UCL
7. LSE
8. Holloway
9. Kent
10. Chichester
11. Roehampton (not def)

Still have not heard from Essex, Sublime and Reading.

So far there are these 2nd teams on the waiting list.

1. Kings 2
2. dD 2
3. Mohawks 2
4. UCL 2
5. LSE 2

Its unlikely that all these 2nd teams will be able to play. So Will give them out in order of entry.

Teams requiring accommodation are Surrey, Mohawks, Chichester and Kent. So can people please offer up floor space for Saturday night. Brunel can host people but being 1.5 hours away aint desirable, so can all the central london teams please see if they can host a few players each.

Seedings and schedule will be sent out later today. Most teams should be ok travelling up saturday morning (although may need an early start)

Any probs email the group or me.

Shimmy

Hi Everyone. Sorry about the lateness of this email and disorganisation of this tournament. Being trying to find a venue up until the last minute. But im glad to announce that: Regionals will go ahead next weekend as planned, 10th/11th March. Split across two venues of Hyde Park and Regents Park. This tournament is open to 16 teams. Obviously all first teams get priority. 2nd teams will be on a first come first served basis after all 1st teams places have been clarified. This tournament is free to enter, but accommodation is the only requirement so can all the london teams do as we did at indoors and put up some of the teams that are coming from further a field, mohawks, sublime etc. If you need accommodation for fri and or sat let the group know asap so someone can offer you floor space. Schedule will be released early next week, but on both saturday and sunday games will start at 9am, so be there prompt. It has been written so that there is no need to travel between the two venues to play games. All your games on sat will be at the same venue. Then on sunday depending on your performance a venue will be chosen and that will be your venue for all day sunday. make sense? If you have not been to the venues before make sure you leave plenty of time to travel and check this week that your route will be ok. Many tube/train lines have engineering work on weekends so check way in advance of travelling. Hyde Park - nearest tube Knightsbridge. the pitches are just below the serpentine lake. Same place as hyde park beginners. Regents Park - nearest tube Great Portland Street/Baker Street/Camden (if open). Regents park station is shut. The pitches are at the north east corner close to london zoo and by Gloucester gate. For both check the royal parks website to view a map of each. Both venues should have people arriving early to set up the pitches so there should be some1 around. Please email me back ASAP on whether your team will be making it. Also announce that you require accommodation ASAP. Any problems email me or the group. Shimmy Brunel 32#, South East Co-ordinator.
