I'm not going to shoot it down just yet, in theory I guess it is possible, but it would be with minimal/no facilities at all and on the not so great grass of Hyde Park.
Please do inform us a bit more on the plans, before telling everyone to show up at our practice for a Regionals tournament.

There've been plenty of discussions but no signs of ideal venues, so
at the moment we're possibly looking at 4 pitches at Imperial College
without changing facilities, but we will let you know... (I don't
think dD know about this yet, its thanks to the enquiries of Si Hill)
expect an announcment or something in the next few days, looks like
it'll be limited to 16 teams too.
If the thought "Man, we could do better than that!" pops into your
mind... then you should be ashamed you didn't do it.
