Its great to see the points everyone is making i just thought id get
my say in......here goes!

When i started playing tour A this summer it was such a wake up call
as the quality was so high. My point is that uni level is great and i
love it but if you really want to improve your performance, your teams
performance, and our regions performance we should consider playing
open teams in ladder league. The best way to improve is by playing
other teams as much as possible and if we want to improve our regions
performance further, then this idea seems like a good one. If teams do
not want to play open teams we could do what has been suggested and
have different leagues that teams can enter at their discretion.
