Hey all,
It's officially time to start getting excited about Southern Women's
University Indoor Regionals. It's going to be hosted at Sussex Uni,
Brighton (same place as Regionals, but no Stanley Deason malarkey), on
the 28/29th January 2006!
At the moment myself and co-TD Cat are making preparations, not
accepting any cheques just yet, rather concentrating on making sure
EVERY woman in the region has a team they can play for at the first
ever southern women's qualifying tournament.
I've already emailed all the female club contacts I have and have had
many encouraging responses. Still waiting to hear from: Aye-Aye,
Holloway, The Victims, Kent, and Reading. No matter how many women
you have, there will be a club for you to team up with, just let me
know the numbers.
See latest news on http://www.seultimate.org for a wealth more information.
If this wasn't enough to get you excited with anticipation, keep your
eyes peeled for a special Brunel Women's Ultimate video to be uploaded
next week.
Secondly, congratulations on making the Ladder League so successful
this term - already 38 games have been played, which is unprecedented
compared to previous years. There are a number of upcoming fixtures
at the end of this term and the beginning of next, so make sure you
sign up for at least one:

Last but not least; congratulations to the ladies of Strange Blue for

(Mohawk's women) for 12th, and Thrown for 13th.
Sublime were also awesome and did the SE proud by coming 3rd at
Division 2 Nationals, and the best of luck to Aye-Aye, Brunel and
Strange Blue this weekend at Nationals! Go show those other chump
regions what it's all about!
