the first university winter league of the year will happen on the 13th of
november

as last year this will be an event for the development of outdoor
university teams and for outdoor university ultimate in general

it is hosted in the SE, on Clapham Common the venue of the Open London
Winter league but all university teams are welcome. last year OW! joined
some of the south east teams to battle it out on the common.

the date is set for the 13th, a saturday and will only change if indoor
qualifiers falls on the same weekend. there will be one more University
Winter league before christmas after this one.

So with the UCL outdoor beginners tournement, then the following two
University Winter leagues we can see that outdoors ultimate is moving on
leaps and bounds as was hoped at the University AGM

Last year was a development stage for the tournement but this year as
subscription increases and the regular dates are set, points and finals
will be organised. so that we will have a clear winner.

you are welcome to enter two or three teams from one university. However a
limit of 16 teams will probably be set for the first event. If heavily
subscribed I will work out more pitch space and a useable schedule.

Expect to play 4 hard games against teams of similar standard to yourself.
