2 5-7 6-3 victory over Maja Matevzic in the second round on Thursday,
and a 6-3 6-4 loss to Vera Zvonareva in the third round on Saturday.

Ironically Marion Bartoli lost her second-round by the same score by
which she won her first-round - she was beaten 6-3 6-0 by Jennifer
Capriati.

Fabrice Santoro suffered a rather disappointing 6-1 6-3 6-4 defeat to
12th seed Sjeng Schalken in the second round.
