Monica to play exhibitions in February 2005

Monica will NOT be playing the Australian Open 2005. However, she
will play two exhibition-matches against Martina Navrátilová in New
Zealand: Auckland on 1st February, and Christchurch on 3rd February.

One can only continue to contemplate what Monica said about possibly
announcing her retirement if she wasn't ready to start the 2005
season in January.
