"Monica Seles tried to get ready for the U.S. Open, but her injured
foot was still not where she wanted it to be and her game is
extremely rusty. A source close to her now says it is very unlikely
that she will ever play a professional match again. She hasn't
played since the 2003 French Open." :-(
