Friday night 2/27 is my 37^th birthday.  I’ll be in my 14^th year in aikido (I started 2/95 in ny), and my 12^th year at ssa (I moved to seattle 6/97).

 

I’d like to have any and all of you over to my house after class for dinner and drinks…

 

I’ll be getting sushi catered, so if you’re thinking of coming, please let me know so I can get a headcount for the food.

I’d recommend you not bring children under the age of 14, as it will be quite late getting started and probably ending late.  (I’m having my kids shipped out to grandma’s house).  but having said that, I won’t turn them away if they’re here, as long as you realize that things may go late and they’ll be bored.  J

 

I may show any of a veritable plethora of movies, including various aikido dvds, the seven samurai, sanjuro, kill bill 1 and 2, the 5 deadly venoms, musashi 1, 2 and 3, master killer, etc.  so be ready to get your martial arts nerd on!  Some of these movies may not be child appropriate either :-p

 

If you feel obligated to bring something, bring beverages to share.
