Was a great time tonight with frank.
On an unrelated note, I taught class Sunday
morning and left my gi and black belt hanging on my hanger in the mens’ room as
I usually do. To my surprise tonight, my black belt was missing, but my gi was
still there.
If anyone has seen my black belt and can
help it find its way back to the hanger with my name on it, that’d be great.
Thanks,
-
john

Puget Sound Aikikai's website says this about Frank Ostoff: "Ostoff
Sensei’s teaching concentrates on the connection between the physical and
spiritual energy for both uke and nage. The awareness for this process develops
relaxation, concentration and self confidence. Regardless of the style of
Aikido you practice, his unique and good-natured teaching will help to refine
your connection, adjust your alignment, and improve your relation between uke
and nage. "
