As you may have heard, Frank Ostoff will be in town for a seminar and various classes from June 9 - June 15.  He will be at Seattle School of Aikido for two nights.  Please note the different starting times!

-Christy

- We will be hosting Ostoff Sensei on Tuesday, June 10. Time: 6:30-8:00 pm. Cost: $20

- Ostoff Sensei  will be at SSA on Monday night June 9 as well.  One World Aikido is the host for Monday's class.  Time 6:00 - 7:30   Cost $20.  After class on Monday, there will be an additional class for black belts. Here is Martha's description:

"It's a time for black belts or shodan candidates to work on stuff for tests, with attention to details, and questions being brought to the training. It is not driven by Frank, rather it is driven by what questions come up by One World (or other) students who are thinking of testing in Sweden under Jan."  This class is open to all who are eligible at no additional charge.

The complete schedule for Frank Ostoff's visit:

Monday   6/9       at SSA hosted by One World, 6-7:30P
Tuesday SSA 6/10    6:30-8:00

Puget Sound Aikikai's website says this about Frank Ostoff:  "Ostoff Sensei’s teaching concentrates on the connection between the physical and spiritual energy for both uke and nage. The awareness for this process develops relaxation, concentration and self confidence. Regardless of the style of Aikido you practice, his unique and good-natured teaching will help to refine your connection, adjust your alignment, and improve your relation between uke and nage. "
