Frank Ostoff sensei will be teaching a workshop at Puget Sound Aikikai this weekend (2/17, 2/18). It's a good deal if you can make it.

Puget Sound Aikikai is pleased to welcome back Frank Ostoff to the Pacific Northwest for an intimate workshop on Aikido, ukemi and Qi-Gong. Ostoff Sensei’s teaching concentrates on the connection of the physical and spiritual energy for both uke and nage, and learning how to connect the strength of body, mind and heart through ritualized movement. The workshop will explore ways to develop relaxation, concentration and self confidence in Aikido techniques and ukemi. All levels are welcome.
