I've watched this (the VHS release) anyway and found it well laid out. If you have experience with Mary Heiny and like her waza this gives some good background on what she's doing and where she was influenced. She also stated in very clear language some aspects of her waza that I had never heard her explain before (and I've attended a lot of classes with her when I was at Two Cranes).
