Re: [seattleschoolofaikido] Digest Number 55

Thank you Jain on the clarification of the value of the certificates as well as their location!

Yes, we do have gift certificates, they are in the bottom of the black

We may need to print some more, with all this activity.  Jan, have you
done the printing previously?  Can you, or whomever has previously done
this, have more made?

We have two options here, one is to for the dojo to give away gift
certificates to organizations for their auctions, with no compensation for
the dojo (the idea is that this gets our name out, and may bring in new
members).  If you would like the dojo to donate gift certificates, we are
willing to provide ONE or TWO certificates for adult or children's
classes, at a value of $50 to $75 (one month adult, or 10-class card for
children).

The second option is for YOU to purchase gift certificates to donate to
your organization's auction.  Your purchase price is tax deductible as a
donation to the SSA.  This option provides both real income for the dojo
and the possibility of gaining new members - the best of both worlds!
Please remember to designate on your check or cash that this is to
purchase gift certificates for donation.

Let me know if you have any questions about procedures.  It's great to see
all this auction activity!
