Breaking news: Jan Nevelius and Frank Ostoff senseis will be teaching at
Seattle School this coming Tuesday Aug 16 from 6 - 7:30 p.m.

If you have never trained with them, this is a great opportunity. Among
other things, they teach an easy-to-learn system of soft ukemi.

If you think that you will be able to make the Tuesday night class, please
send me an email (rupertberk@...) so that I can get some idea of the
turnout.

There will be a $10 fee -- a bargain for two great instructors.

If you can't make Tuesday night or you can't get enough on Tuesday, there is
still space in the seminar they are teaching the following weekend 8/19 -
8/21 at North Seattle Community College.
