World Rugby Shop will be sending a Rookie Rugby Equipment kit for you as thanks for being a part of the halftime festivities.
When you get a minute, please send the script for your halftime announcement as you would like it to be read - the events crew will edit based on their time allotment.

We're expecting to field about 25-35 Under 10 players from the
Silicon Valley and Stanford Seahawks. We had our first practice last Sunday.
Regarding jerseys, Stanford have different colors to us so we would need Aaron Solomon ( Stanford coach) to bring his team's jerseys and extras ones.
We didn't think that you'd comp the tickets so most, if not all, the boys have brought their own tickets already. Can these players maybe bring one friend in lieu of this to the game? They could be a potential new player......
We're looking at playing one game as of now ( but that could change) of 15 against 15. We have a big banner which some of the parents will carry around the field to promote our league. Next year, we're aiming to recruit 500 boys to play youth rugby in the
. South Bay
The boys would like to get autographs from the Irish and US teams. This would be great PR for you, too.

We are excited to have your club play at halftime of the
USA vmatch. Here are some of the details: Ireland
We will have all your athletes and designated coaches meet with Mollie McCarthy at the main merchandise tent at least 15 minutes prior to halftime. She will then escort your group to the player entrance way. You MUST be on time as it is extremely important for the production and events crew to stick to schedule.
Do you have two sets of uniforms that can be used to differentiate teams?
Are we still planning to split into 2 groups - 1 tackle and 1 non-contact?
Please let me know and we can work on finalizing these arrangements. If you can send me a short script of what you would like to announce at halftime we can edit based on the time allowed.
How many tickets will you need? We will have these available for you to pick up and disperse to the players only at Will call in the stadium ticket office. I will send you the group ticket order form so you can purchase tickets for parents and friends.
