Dear TU Presidents,
Please send this out to your clubs, they will be able to see this message
now on the site as well.
Thanks,
Wendy
Club administrators may find that when they go out to the USA Rugby website
and pull up their club CIPP rosters that the term - NOT IN GOOD STANDING -
in red letters above your club name and roster. Do not panic if these words
appear.
In its effort to provide better information to its members, USA Rugby has
updated its on-line registration system to show if a club has a USA
Rugby-recognized coach affiliated with that team.
Because this is a new feature, when a club originally registered in the
spring of 2005, it may not have provided the coaching information. If that
is the case, the term "NOT IN GOOD STANDING" will now appear before the club
information. Also, if (for youth, high school, and college teams) a coach
has not undergone a background check, the term "NOT IN GOOD STANDING" will
now appear before the club information.
It is recommended that club administrators go out to the USA Rugby website
and check the status. Please update the information to show that you have a
coach along with their name and any other needed information. You can do
this here if you are an administer for your club
https://register.usarugby.org/Rugby/DesktopDefault.aspx?TabId=140&Alias=SPF&
Lang=en-US, you will need to have a user account and sign into the system
first.
If you have any problems, please contact me at your convenience.
