Hey Ladies (and any gents too)!

If you're going to be in San Diego on Friday February 6th watching the rugby, and specifically the International Women's 7's, it'd be really, really, really cool if you could lend a bit of a hand w/ helping the matches run smoothly.  There's a shortage of bodies to be #4's and #5's for the women's international matches.

The #4 and the #5 handle the substitutions, basically the coach hands you the card w/ the # of the players coming on/off, you make sure they haven't used more than their alloted subs, then you walk the player to the TJ to make sure the substitution happens quickly and correctly.
