Please note the following notice regarding the USA Rugby on-line registration system.  It will be down starting 5pm this Friday until Monday. 

 

May I recommend getting all CIPP paperwork done ASAP in order to make sure your players are elligible for this weekend??

Subject: [TU-PRES] Changes to USA Rugby Registration!

Greetings!

 

USA Rugby is ready to launch the new online registration system! We are planning the final dataload for Friday evening and will shut the current registration system down Friday, January 18, 2008 , at 5pm Pacific time. (Please see attached announcement for additional details.)

 

Please encourage all members and clubs in your area to register by this Friday at noon at the latest for any upcoming competitions. The new system should be up and running by end of the day on Monday, January 21, 2008. We will have staff on hand to answer and questions or requests made over the weekend as well. Staff can be reached at 303-539-0300 ext 106.

 

We will send an updated list of the new links tomorrow if you need to make any changes to your websites and communications prior to Monday. We will have an automatic re-direct set up if anyone does try to access the old system as well.
