Attention all clubs:

 

A significant amount of you do not have up to date CIPP status for your teams and your players.  Furthermore, even more of you do not have SCRFU on-line ID's.  Please note the following:

 

1. Any match you play without properly CIPP'd and ID players can be challenged by your opponent and declared a forfeit.

2. An appointed ref has the option to decline to ref any game where all of the players are not CIPP'd.

3. The SCRFU board is monitoring the situation, and will bring down heavier sanctions on teams if action is not taken immediately!

 

Please get your teams and players CIPP'd, and please get their ID's up on the match reporting system.  Also, please note that all teams must upload their rosters each week for games on the match reporting system, or they also risk forfeit!

 

The men's club teams who are in need of immediate attention are:

    CIPP - Eagle Rock, Unicorns, Vegas, Rebellion, San Fernando, SLO, San Pedro

    ID's - Vegas, Malibu, OMBAC, San Fernando, SLO, San Pedro

 

We do recognize that their have been some issues with the USA Rugby site.  Should you have proof of payment for your CIPP, please deal with USA Rugby ASAP (may I recommend calling on any other day than Friday) and also provide proof to me so that we may take action on behalf of the union.

 

As for the women and colleges, we will be assessing your teams next, so please be pro-active!
