Having problems with message search?
Folks –
Per my email
April 30th (below), the AGM is this Sunday, June 17th @
8:30am. Special Olympics are taking place on the CSULB campus so you will
need to show 10 minutes early to take the walk to the Gym/Room 59 into
consideration as parking directly behind the gym could be full.
I know, I
know, I know, the 17th is Daddy’s day. I did not realize
that when I originally set this up 5 months ago (realize that is the advanced
notice CSULB needs to secure a room for us!!!). I wasn’t told by
any of you that it was Ol’ Man’s day until just 2 weeks ago, so you
can see why this can’t be rescheduled (never mind there are tournaments
every other weekend). Totally my fault so blame me, no one else.
Elections for
the Prez, VP, Treasurer, Secretary and all reps take place at this meeting so
make sure you club is represented (at least by proxy – see proxy rules
and regulations!!!)
Attached is
the Agenda. I will not make copies so print this out if you want
something to write your notes on!
