Just a friendly reminder to all of you who were not at the meeting...
There is a new on-line match reporting system at www.scrfu.org. Please have your match secretaries check this out, as it will be the method used to confirm teams are in good standing in order to qualify for nationals. Go to the list of clubs to find your on-line user ID, and the go to match reports to log into the system. If no one on your team has logged in yet, please not there is no initial password! Yes, that means anyone interested in signing in for your team can password protect that ID login if you haven't done it yet! So please get on line and check out the system.
If you are unfamiliar with the system, or need a quick info session, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, please review your schedule and team rosters to make sure they are up to date. Any changes or questions can be pointed in my direction. Please note that the ref society has scheduled refs based on the schedule on this system. If you have rescheduled games please let me know as I will need to change them and update the refs.
One last note, in the interests of making sure match reports are received in an accurate and timely fashion, Paul Ganey is willing to receive the reports electronically. This means after having the ref sign the match report, you could scan and e-mail it and therefore retain the original for your records. No lost reports in the mail, and the scores are finalized that much quicker. So consider scanning your reports in this season!
Hoping that we can get up on the new system with 100% reporting this year, so I will try to check up on all of you in January to make sure you have loaded in your first few rosters. Please make sure your match secretaries are informed of their duties, and good luck with your fall seasons!
