Ladies & Gents:

 

I appologize for being remiss in getting a schedule out to all to review. I must confess, it is a lot harder than I would have imagined, coordinating all of our schedules in just a few short weeks in 2007.

 

I have a very basic template to review on Sunday after the FGM.  So far, I have heard that UofA and ASU will not be there (although I only have a proxy for UofA).  Other than that, will we have full attendance?  Please note, the one schedule I am most uncertain about is for Claremont.  If you will not be at the meeting on Sunday, please send me your Winter / Spring schedule of classes, exams, and spring break ASAP.

 

Thank you, and hope to have a final schedule by the end of next week.

p.s. - Please make sure you pass on your proxy, in writing, to someone if you will not be there.  We were unable to vote on matters at the AGM due to lack of attendance, and SCRFU will need to start penalizing teams who do not show or send a proxy if that continues.  I'm maxed out on proxies, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who can accomodate you if need be!
