Ladies and Gentlemen:
Per our conversation at the June meeting [technically it was
not an Annual General Meeting (AGM) as there was not a quorum], it was obvious
that the majority prefer Sunday meetings during the hectic schedule of summer
rugby and so you will notice the FGM has been changed to Sunday 9/10/06 –
same room as always.
There was some discussion about making the time later but
that is not going to fly!

We need a representative from every club at this meeting!!! Should you choose not to send a club member or Proxy,
the Executive Committee is going to be left with no choice but to discipline
each of the non-attending clubs – the clubs that decided not to show at
the last meeting have forced this upon the entire group. Voting can not take place without a
quorum and your clubs attendance is required for that quorum.
