Ladies and Gentlemen:

Per our conversation at the June meeting [technically it was not an Annual General Meeting (AGM) as there was not a quorum], it was obvious that the majority prefer Sunday meetings during the hectic schedule of summer rugby and so you will notice the FGM has been changed to Sunday 9/10/06 – same room as always.

There was some discussion about making the time later but that is not going to fly!

I just moved from Los Angeles to the middle of no where in San Diego County, so if I can get there by 8:00am, you can get there by 8:30am.  I’ll make sure I down a 12 pack Saturday night just to make those of you who like to moan and groan about the time feel a little better.

On a serious note, we need a representative from every club at this meeting!!!  Should you choose not to send a club member, the Executive Committee is going to be left with no choice but to discipline each of the non-attending clubs – the clubs that decided not to show at the last meeting have forced this upon the entire group.  Voting can not take place without a quorum and your clubs attendance is required for that quorum.
