This past weekend, UCSB women represented SoCal at Division I sweet sixteen at Penn State, and Claremont College WRFC represented SoCal at Division II elite eight in Florida.

 

UCSB (10) lost to Ohio State (7) on Saturday, 15-10.  (Ohio State has proceeded onto the final four for the first time.)  Sunday, UCSB defeated Radcliffe (15) 19-8 to secure similar rankings next year for our Division I seed. Congrats to UCSB!

 

Claremont (8) lost to Plymouth State (1) on Saturday.  (Plymouth State will advance to the final match for the championships at Stanford.)  Sunday, Claremont defeated Georgia (5) to advance our Division II rank.  Congrats to Claremont College!
