Ladies,

As many of you know, SoCal U23's have been invited to play PNRFU
developmental Feb 11th in Long Beach. This coincides with the IRB 7s' and
Sr Griffins v PNRFU, Sr Griffins v U23 USA. This is a great opportunity to
get a look at the U23 US squad and allow their coaches to look at you. I
encourage you to participate in the U23 Griffins game! As of yet, we are
still short for this game. I know we all want to catch the 7s and many/all
of you are in season, but this is a great opportunity to start our program
up earlier and thus be more prepared in June. Your greatest criticism on
your reviews of the squad last year (if you were on it) was that we needed
to begin preparing earlier. Let's do it! So, regardless of whether or not
you were on last year's squad, whether or not you want to try out this year,
or already play U23 USA, SoCal needs you at this event and so do I. We will
be arriving at the pitch (Belmont's home field) at 8:00am so we have time to
arrange the squad before the kickoff. If you need housing in the area,
please let me know.

Coaches, please work with your players on attending this event. Let's bring
SoCal back to the NASC top tier this year!!
