First Race 40 car field With 8 EP cars, 6 GT4 car and 4 GT5 cars
Jimmy Burke was on the overall Pole with fellow GT5 driver Dan Robson
on the outside front row. Burke and Robson ran off and hid from the
EP cars giving Jimmy his first overall win. Dan was 2nd,Jay Bivins
3rd,and Larry Janzen was 4th.
Race 2 Dan started outside front row 1st in class just a 10th
quicker than Jimmy who started 2nd row inside.Just 1 race before
going to the grid we had a bad lighting storm that blew up the main
transformer at the track. After a long delay to restore power we ran
a wet race. Dan had a failure on lap one, I kept Jimmy up to date on
Janzens where abouts and Jimmy got the 2nd win of the weekend.Larry
was 2nd Dan DNF and Bivins DNS
